Time Wasting

Last week on thursday i took my son to switch over his account, cause he is 18 years old, i requested for internet banking as well, anyway all the paper work done etc, i was told to activate it at the atm or call the call center. in the mean time it was not active on the system, i called Amos on Monday expalining him the problem. he asked me to come in, Lucky my son is not writing exams today, we had to sighn another document, anyway he goes to his manager just to have it activated, but he insists on seeing an ID document, so i explained Amos we dont carry ID document 24 hours. i said the id copies is in the file, why is your manager so difficult, another 1 hour wasted and travel expense. i tried calling this number for the call center which i got from the website 087575000 it non exsisting. I am a Platinum card holder @ FNB. The service is getting worst.
