FNB: the bank that doesn't work

I opened an account with FNB on 26 July 2013 but from day one my account has not worked.
When I try and use online banking I always get the same error message which is, "No data returned from request'.
I have been into the bank 3 times, called another countless amount of times and this is my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter but they can't fix anything. The best that they can do is tell me that they will escalate the problem and call me when my account is working but can't give me a time frame as to when it may be fixed and as yet have not bothered to call me. And they wonder why I haven't put a single cent into my FNB account? Who would use a bank that doesn't work?
I'm tired of fighting with you FNB, if I don't get concrete answers by the end of tomorrow (7 August 2013) I will have no choice but to go to the banking ombudsman, hopefully they will be able to sort this out.
