Once again i am complaining about FNB the worst service i have ever seen!!! Phone still missing/.No one ever calls back i man should i come there and sort it out myself how hard can it be to track a phone!!!
Maybe training is in order to help the incompentent staff at FNB.Is thereanyone tat can help me PLEAS!!! or do i need to beg??? Still being debited for insurance i never took, even after premier banker (also useless) have confirmed it has been cancelled.now i had to buy a new phone while stll paying for the one that is lost, HOW IS THAT FAIR??? i want a replacement phone by Monday, otherwise i am going Monday afternoon to lay a charge of against FNB bcause that i exactly wht it is - . And to top it off FNB has decided to cancel by car insurance debit order, they say i stopped it???!!! then i had to please and explain to my insurance whats going on Thank for your amazing service -NOT!!! as soon as this mess is sorted i will be closing my account - WORST SERVICE EVER!!! IN THE HISTORY THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
