Consumers beware... Santam will fleece you for being a good client.
i received a letter from Santam informing of a premium increase of just over R200.00. this is after two years dealing with the short-term insurer.
the two of my cars they are insuring have since depreciated in value and i have not logged a single big claim in the last two years. instead of a "no claim bonus", i get and increment letter,?
i am taking this company to the Insurance Ombudsman for sure!!
