My domestic worker has now been battling for 2 weeks to get her account sorted out due to on her Capitec account. I have now sent 3 letters of confirmation of employment and this morning had to send ANOTHER confirmation and payslip. The person who phoned me could hardly communicate in English, kept on saying "HEY? HEY? " when I responded to him and then phoned me back after 5 mins to find out where the documentation was.
In the meantime my employee has not been able to access her money and it has fallen on ME to pay her an additional salary to feed her family.
If this is the kind of service you offer your customers I think it is absolutely disgusting. I would like someone senior to contact me with regards to this matter and have it sorted out today!
