Insurance not true to their word

I have called the call centre on the 17th of january 2013 to report my refrigirator and stove as damaged. the claim was registered the same day with Valentia as the person responsible for the claim. i was only advised once that my items will be ready and delivered back to me within 7 working days from the 22nd of january 2013. up to this far i have not recieved a correspondence or feedback about my items. i need to emphasize the importance of the items in the house. i have not had a well home cooked meal since then and my food is already spolied because i dont have a fridge. i made arrangements to keep it in a cooler which was hired until 30th. it had to be returned back cause of time expired. now since the 30th my food has been without a fridge and all of it has gone rotten. i need to understand if i am going to be compensated for the damages caused by the insurance that can not keep their word.
