Hi, I was insured with the above mentioned insurance, whereby I submitted a claim a few months ago. The claim was for damages to a Tv, Laptop, Play station and a computer that were damaged by a power surge. The items were collected at my house and taken to a shop for inspection. A few day after, I received confirmation that my items were indeed damaged beyond repair, and that King Price will replace them. After 2 weeks I inquired, they informed me that my application was not valid because of ITC judgements against me and that they no longer can replace my items. I tried a number of times to get my items returned to me without any luck. It's 6 months after emails and phone calls to just get my items back. Still no joy. What can I do?
