My father passed away in Decemeber, and I was appointed as the executor. I went to Old Mutual to have my dads policies sorted out, I struggled a few times, with not having everything done, due to lack of information that was given to me. I was getting frustrated, and dreaded going to Old Mutual. Needless to say, from the day that Beatrice started assisting me, she gave me all the information I needed, made sure I understood everything, and did all everything she could to help me, and she did this with a smile on her face!
