Dont deliver what they promise

My wife applied for a check account via internet it was approved they phoned her and she gave my email address sothat they can send the switch forms for debit orders we are still waiting for the email and time is running out. Funny enough when i swtiched to FNB i had the same problem and had to do everything myself
