A Big thank you

I just want to give Vanessa from Budget Insurance Claims Dept a big thank you, on solving and helping me with the issue on my car repairs.
The mechanics last year after my car was in an accident, where my car had to go back for more repairs after the first time. Now after a year the bumper come loose again because the repair company glued it yet again. I logged a complaint with budget and Vanessa sorted the complaint out with the repair company, and now my car will be fixed again this time properly.
