I brought my cousin's vehicle in for an assessment, while the system was slow, the assessor suggested I chat to Jeanne about a Business Matter, that she might be "wise" on some questions I had regarding a new venture I was looking into. She helped me research some of my questions and shared her personal knowledge and expertise with me. I really appreciate the assistance and advise, she went above and beyond, she made suggestions that I would never even thought of. Thank you.
