Do not honor agreement

I have an agreement with Nedbank that they will deduct money of my account on the last day of every month. Nedbank persist on pushing through the debit order on the 25 of every month. If you phone to complain you end up speaking to an operator that does not have the authority any decision.

I think they are pathetic.
