I took my car in for an assessment after a minor accident. I was under the impression that the assessor is available from 8 to 4, however, I was not aware that my appointment was scheduled for a specific time, so I did not keep to the allocated. On my arrival, I met Mr LichabaI who made me feel very welcome. He provided me with details of the work that has to be carried on my vehicle and demonstrate his superior technical knowledge as he eloquently answered every single on of my questions.
