Just want to pay Hollard Life a compliment, I requested that one of my policies be paid out & cancelled, I left an enquiry on Thursday last week, 4 April, got a call from Kashia on 5 April, sent through all the documentation they required, got my refund yesterday 8 April, no hassles, not stalling, I expected to get paid out in a few weeks time, but I was so impressed to see that they had refunded me yesterday already, it is an absolute pleasure to deal with such an efficient organisation where things seem to run smoothly compared to other institutions in their area of expertise, great dealing with you Hollard, thank you Kashia, also gave Hollard a great rating on the cellphone self service rating facility
