My burst geyser was meant to be replaced. A miscommunication resulted in a more than 10 day delay. 24 fix was finally meant to come and another miscommunication resulted in them almost going to the wrong address. Because of the misunderstanding, the excess payable to 24 fix was not going to be transferred by eft before completion of the job and could only be done on the evening of the same day. As such 24 fix refused to replace the geyser despite an almost 2 week delay already. I contacted Brent who then allowed me to use my own plumber and today informed me that he even managed to have the excess waivered. Brent has been very helpful and accessible. Many thanks
