I registered a homeowners claim in December. Due to no response from ABSA, I was forced to replace the item and pay for it with my bonus. One does not get through to the claims department, only a message desk. Not sure what is the purpose of this facility as I have since left atleast 15 messages for someone to call me without any luck. I do not know where to turn to. I am in the insurance industry myself and have NEVER experienced such bad service from ANY supplier.
