On the 14th of January i queried with MFC to have my load term changed. I was told to contact another person who I was not able to get hold of until the 20th of February. After being told every day since Monday that I will receive a call back within 10mins; and with no follow up with me what-so-ever, I am annoyed with the complete lack of service delivery provided to me. I should not have to call every day; have to leave messages or told I will be contacted back and nothing happens.
It is unfortunate that my vehicle finance is with MFC as this is not acceptable service. I would not recommend this financial provider.
