I've made payments on the 25th of September 2013, got an sms saying my Account still arrears my services will be suspended. I've made another payment 2 October 2013, call the Call Center apparently I still have to pay for 2 months, my question is why, if I am behind with 2 months payment why didn't get any sms. And when i do get an sms saying my Account in Arrears it would be with the amount, and it was always the same amount so i don't understand how come i am behind with months. HATE THIS AS MY PHONE HAS BE SUSPENDED!
