I was dealing with the two persons regarding my complaint with Dial Direct. Initially i was very upset with the insurance with their lack of response to my needs when i needed them most.though my anger and attitude was unacceptable, they were professional, briliant and they both know how to deal with angry/difficult customer like me...
they kept me informed of the progress, with phone calls and emails, their patience is amazing-
keep up the good work, and i hope you treat other customers with the same attitude, thank you Lesley and Allen
