My car was broken into on the early hours of Monday morning, and my bag out of my boot. I lodged a claim at 9:30 on Monday morning, and have been extremely impressed with the service received. Lauren who I spoke to was friendly, personable and efficient.
I had a call from Glasfit within 30 minutes to arrange the new glass for me, and the claim for my portable possessions was finalized by 1:45 that afternoon with no disputes about the value of the items.
I received the money in my account this morning, and would just like to say thank you for some of the best service I've received recently.
Thank you for making what is usually a major hassle into an experience which has left me very happy that I switched over to you.
