Money debited from account and still no response

I had money debited from my account by FNB, for a card that i never received and i went into the bank to query this but they told me that they will phone me back till now i'm waiting and nobody has phoned me to explain to me the transaction that happened on my account, i spoke to a Lady by the name of Kelello who said she will phone me back, i dont appreciated the service that i'm receiving from FNB i've been a loyal customer for years now. i would really appreciate if someone can tell me what is going on with my account.
