Yesterday 21/01/2014 about 10H00 a.m i applied for a payday instant loan, 30 minutes later i received an email stating that congratulations your loan has been approved, you will receive the money at 17h00 the sameday and they attached the statement on how i was going to repay it, then it was fine and i was happy, i was so shocked when i receive an email today 22/01/2014 that your loan has been declined, from noreply@mpowafinance.
is it how they are supposed to treat people / is it on the national credit act that they must to the customers?
