I've just recently joined Regent Insurance and this is the worse client service I've ever received in my life.
I've recently changed my car and requested Regent to change details on my cover, which took them a week to do.
To make matters worse than I was debited R500 more than what I was suppose to. Now it's been over a week I've been requesting the refund and I was told it will be deposited back in my account the latest today, but there's nothing.
