I subscribed to Fleetstreet publications in October last year and received my first publication in November. I also bought supplements. I cancelled the publication and the supplements in November and returned the unused supplements to Fleetstreet. I have up to date not been able to make contact with the company. I have tried phoning, mailing and even writing a letter to no avail. When I phone I get through to a taperecording and get cut off every time. When I mail, I get the mail back from the postmaster at Fleetstreet "no such address"??!! What must I do now? They promised me a refund if I cancelled within a certain period, which I did, now I cannot get my money back. Please help me.
