You know I really thought ADT would sort this out, but since the 15th when they promised to pay us the money back it is now the 30 Nov and still nothing.

Firstly let me apologise for the late reply, I was on course and am currently working on my emails.
I have spoken to the credit supervisor with regards to the refund as I had received feedback from them that the refund should have be paid into your account by the 15/11/2013.
Unfortunately the Credit controller that worked on this query as well as drafted the refund is not in today. I ask that you please give me till tomorrow morning to come back to you with
final feedback with regards to the refund.
