I reported my card and they helped me to stop it, but they promised me they would follow up on the matter and they did not follow up on that! I had to contact the person to get info of what is going on, but then they said I was neglecting. I was expecting good service when I joined the FNB group, but now I am disappointed in the fact that the service is bad. They R1 000 out off my account and they tell me that, I will tell all off my friends and family about this! Thanks for Nothing FNB!!!
