Ecurring amount going off my account once again!

I had an issue with Std Bnk last september, where an amount had been charged to my account on afew occasions, it total'd over 15k. The problm was adressd, thanx to HelloPeter the money was refundid into the account.i noticed today that this amount is goin off the acount again.whats up with this BAnk! now my cashflow is been messd up! pls help me get to the root of this matte
