Dishonest company policy

I had a policy from this company since 1989 and it was improved in 2002 . I was approached by this company in 1989, in conjunction with FNB and offered this current policy. I still have copies of all relevant correspondence on record.

After they approached me in 1989 and offered me this policy and that I may pay the policy be way of credit card debit order. I decided to take this policy/offer and it was paid monthly since 1989 to date.

I will now loose my policy at the end of Jan 2014, because this company decided, to no longer accept any debit orders on any credit cards??? I don't have any other suitable bank account, to use for a debit order payment.

Last week Cecilia Cheary phoned me (Jeannine Gates did not had the courtesy, to return my call) and informed me that they can accept once a year payment from me, but it will be my responsibility, to remember every year, to make the necessary payment in time???

I think this situation and attitude of this company, is a disgrace to the industry. It will also now force me to loose all the money I have paid them since 1989 and pay much more for a new cover from any other company???
