After numerous requests to change my banking details for my debit order to go through, I finally got it changed after a visit by a rep from this company. In December I called in and the changes were effected, my account was debited and the instalment went off. Now in January i recieve a judgement for the accounts. What is going on. Why effect an agreement and then without telling me break that and now I am left with undue charges and costs. I want these judgements stopped immediatley and my contract to be honored. I paid for the past years dilligently and now because someone didnt do their work and change my banking details, I am left with the problem. Bay1/288451 and Bay1/288928. These are the acc. numbers. I want this resolved as it is not fair to me.
