Heading for 3 months with no service delivery re: my claim. I never manage to get through to anyone in the call centre for under 30 min of holiding on; and never have my calls returned when promised... I have not received any advise re: excesses payable and have had a second appointment with a outsource vendor cancelled due to improper arrangements between Standard Bank and the outsource vendor that was supposed attend to my damage repair job. This, apart from non-acceptible feedback regarding a related claim, is why I have opted to lodge a formal complaint in this manner! I would appreciate better service and not to be inconvenienced with non-service delivery. It is a utter wate of my time to have appointments made and not adhered to effectively!
