Incorrect transaction

I went to withdraw 100 from my credit card saturday night but the ATM was very slow i cancelled that transaction, n try it again then got the money my balance was supposed to be 200 n sumthing but when i check my slip it shows 100 sumthing can someone please check whats heppening am not willing to pay money diidnt use
