Million Questions to an Existing custome

The absa (you don't deserve a capital A) loans call centre asked me a million questions for a loan application and I am an existing customer. Uncessary questions. I ran out of airtime while I was being asked these questions. I called back and I was told my application was processed and I now need to send a couple of documents. That's fine, but where is the SMS telling me where to e-mail the documents to? This service is sluggish, please assist.
