My brother died on the 17/1/2013, I and his went Springs branch with all relevant documents, we were promise payment within 48 hours, that did not happen, we goes there to make an enquiry, were told to bring a confirmation letter of a prove that the Ned Bank account is hers, which we did before my brothers burial on the 21/1/2013. Till we bury my brother, I think when a person took out a policy, he want to reap from it during difficulty times, not to for the family run after the provider, the provider must make it a point that nobody who is believed to fill more pain, to me and my family, is a pathetic service by Absa, how about poorer people's that pin their hopes on their pathetic policy providers, allow us to bring media to your offices, so that you can Be exposed.
