A Funeral without a body

I'm Mrs Moloi and today I cry as NHB do not act on their promise to payout for my late brothers funeral. To make it worse they have been unsempathetic to my situation and Tshidi the administrators teamleader has failed to call me or even talk to me after asking to speak to them. My brother was murdered and I was depending on the payout from the policy for food and havingf the body delivered and all NHB can tell me from Glorias mouth the reason the policy is not being paid out is because they haven't been paid their salaries. So now on the friday they promised to pay the policy I have to now run around and borrow money to have the funeral tomorrow. We pay premiums so that in the event of the unforeseen happening like a death we can get some money to prepare for thje funeral. I'm appalled and disgusted, my stomach is in nots from hurting with what NHB has done. The embarrassment towards my family cannot be explained in words, NHB has shamed me and my family and I say THANK YOU for the embarrassment and and making a mockery of my family and brothers funeral. May be with us in this time of need. So since the employees were not paid as per Gloria no clients will receive payment
