I'm an ABSA Bank client. An amount of R199 was deducted from my account on the 20th of July 2013 through a NAEDO debit order. Since then, every payday (15th, 25th, 31st) a double deduction of R250 will take place on my account. I asked an ABSA employee at enquiries about the company that was taking money from my account. He told me it's DIAL 24. There were no details like phone numbers to call these people to stop these deductions. On the 12/08/13 another double deduction went through. I went to ABSA again to stop the payment. How long will I keep on going there, standing for more than 2 hours in Butterworth ABSA branch which is always having long queues and poor service? Can somebody out there help me.
