I have sent Absa a written complaint about fishy deductions off my credit card almost a month ago, and their official statement is that it was not them that is doing this, they don't know who it is, and they can't do anything about it, i must just basically keep paying. According to [URL Removed] the USER AV LTD is a lot of spammers that has over 23, 000 complaints against them, and thinking that a national bank the size of Absa just gives a deaf ear to this is quite horrible.
