I had a reverse gear problem on my Suzuki Jimny and the company claimed that this was my fault. After the car was inspected they sent me a message saying that my claim has been rejected. On that note if you send someone a sms make sure you spell correct. Wrong surname, can't spell please??? I logged a complaint with the company on the 16th December. I had to mail them again on the 17th December only for them to tell me the following:
o The report is received from the assessor
o Should you dispute the report received you are welcome to appoint an assessor, you will be liable for the costs
o The assessor must be registered
o Once this assessor provides you with the assessors report, you are welcome to email this through to [Email Removed]
o Our technicians will compare the 2 reports and provide feedback to you
What is the point of logging a complaint if all they do is just stretch it out further?
As I know the customer is usually right but not with this company!
I have now paid cash to fix my car R12500 and waisted R5600 to get a worthless warranty!
Never in my life will I recommend them to anyone.
