Smart phone application for foreigne

I am an fnb platinum account holder, applied for a smart device last week on friday. I purchased my ipad through fnb and am paying final installment end of this month. My salary is into my fnb account, have aplatinum credit card never defaulted never overdrawn my accoun. Was sent an sms the day before yesterday that my account had been decined due to credit issues, which is nosnsense. I then called the call centre and was advised that they wanted my work permit the I was tols they would call me back. I then called again on thursday spoke to Fatima Mahommed she said she escalated the issue, called againgthis morning and was called back by a Nelly Saega, that my residency status had to be updated to non-resident so that my application would be approved and that I had to go to the branch to get this done. Went to clearwater branch was helped By Refiloe and she advised she new nothing about changing statuses becasue this non-res status was meant for people who did not have a zar accound and do not reside in SA.Very bad service particularly to foreigh nationals always have to resort to this becasue you will be torsed back and forth because of the lack of knowledge of what exactly is needed.
