Trying to Sort out a claim for my parents, and the lady that deals with it does not even get back to me... when i call, the highly trained receptionist does not know how to even transfer the call! (and i hear her swearing in the back as she does not even place the call on hold). is the the kind of service this company gives to pensioners? but if my parents had to miss 1 installment or even pay it late, then there are quick to jump on them!
