My laptop was collected for repairs on the 2 /01 /14 by MDS Collivery on belhalf of TT3 Repairs -Finrite. Up to now I have not been informed of what is happening. I bought this laptob to use at work now I am frustrated and every time I call their call center Every operator promise to investigate and come back but not a single one did. Please help me I do not know what to do.
