Inefficient and ineffective services

Deposited internal funds transfer fnb to fnb. Was told it reflects same time. Have been waiting from 10 am this morning nothing yet. Received a receipt to say it was done. We tried to get cash also refused. Not sure whats app with these banks. Quick to take large sums and yet deceive one when doing transfer from fnb to fnb.

Thanks for deception and time wasted. Have not received funds yet.
