Installation of tracking device

I took out a policy with Outsurance before Christmas last year. Right at the very end of the sales call the telesales agent told me I would have to get a tracking device fitted to my vehicle but that I shouldn't worry because Outsurance would pay for the the installation and it would cost me R59p/m thereafter.

I was told someone would contact me in the new year to make an appointment for the installation. No one contacted me. A week ago I called in to Outsurance to let them know that the device hadn't been installed as no one had gotten hold of me. Again, I was told not to worry and that someone would contact me shortly to schedule the booking. Still nothing has happened.

Please will someone get on top of this and sort it out.
