Last night I got what I thought was going to be a dreaded sales call... what it turned into was an informative, enjoyable, funny and essentially life saving conversation. Septimus Nkwinika called me regarding a 1 Life policy. At no point did I feel forced or that he was "pitching" to me. He explained EVERYTHING, made it easy for me to understand and left the decision up to me. For his great service and patient ears with all my questions, Septimus was rewarded with a sale from me and what I got was the assurance that my family will be taken care of when I am gone. Septimus is an absolute gem and is an asset to his team. I wish all 'business' calls were as pleasant as that. Thank you Septimus for being a stand out, stunner of a salesman!
