I heard an add regarding getting a better interest rate for existing personal loans, so seeing as I do have one I made the ''call'' (15/01/14 at around 11:00) NONE OF THE AGENTS knew what I was speaking about at the trans-actual lending department and after speaking to 2 agents (a rude lady, and Siboniso Khumalo) passed me to the payment department (Lulama Ndlphane). She of coarse had know idea about the product. I asked for a manager, Adrian Reddy came on the line and ALSO HAD NOT A CLUE OF THIS PRODUCT OR HOW IT WORKS!!! He assured me he will look into this and call me back before COB yesterday and with no surprise he did did not. NOW CAN SOMEONE LISTEN TO MY CALL AND EXPLAIN TO ME THE PRODUCT AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE REASON I MOVED ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS FROM ABSA! IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO TRAIN PEOPLE? OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND???
