Proof of Payment not reflecting on the system

I started work for the new year on Monday 13 Jan and emailed by proof of payment to them and up until today I was still receiving SMS's which states that they will be taking SEVERE legal action if my arrears is not paid. I then called them again today and asked them resend the proof of payment to the accounts department and still has not been reflected on their system.
