Saver and Protector Plan misleading advertisements

I took out a policy valid from 01.10.2007 because of the television advertising that after 5 years you get R40000 back in cash.
When I phoned for the encashment of this policy (404483704), I was told that there is no such thing and that this is actually just a policy covering me for death and disability (in other words, no saver portion!!).
Up to now I have paid premiums to the total value of R9131.68 and they will only pay ou R3908.35.
I think this is shocking!!! I insist on AT LEAST receiving back the full amount of the premiums paid with interest for the past 5 years.
