On the 09/01/2014 I called them cause I want to cancel my savings with them, the Cons told me that I will get paid R2008.73. They told me because 15% is for disability and the 85% is for accidental something which I don't understand I didn't buy the benefits I am saving money from them. After 10years with them only taking 2008.73 in between I was taking money but still this is my money saving it for a reason but they us like this I am waiting for their respond to this as I have decided to cancel whatever I have with them and they do have a bad service.
Another one I took out a flexi fixed investment the amount of 600.00 gone down the drain and sometimes you don't understand the explanation of what goes were in the case of your savings they people on saving their money and that you will get all your 100% will be paid out but they are liars.
