I had a claim for hail damage, the roof and ceilings were fixed in December. The damaged carpet and pipes have not been replaced.

From the 2nd of January I have been trying to get hold of somebody. I have made endless calls to call centres and brances, I get transfered and held on for up to 40 minutes at a time. Three times did the call centre person told me that they have sent e-mails to the relevant people, but there was no follow up. I do not know how to get in touch with the respoinsible person.

I just want the work to be finished as soon as possible, since the house has been sold and the new owners need to move in.
