More amount debited from my account than everymont

Hi,

Please resolved my problem as Quick Sure Vehicle insurance has debited R114.79 more from my account. How is this possible, without knowing me how can they themself increase and debit from my account. this is not fair. Please put my money back into my account. If you want to increase the premium please consult me and give me a chance to think, its up to me. If i want to be with quick sured or i will go for another insurance company.
