What a mess!!! This is beyond dodgy practice. Such a big company messing up peoples lives & credit records.
Im ceratin that a big company like you wont be bankrupt by just sending your customer an SMS to notify them that youve moved them to a different insurance company. You clearly have no idea what customer experince is all about!!!
I was debited by M&F last month a few days later Quicksure tried debiting, it serves them right that they didnt find anything, however i accumulated bank charges. This month M&F debits my account, few days later Quicksure double debits me!!!
I want my money back immediately!!! & ive cancelled my policy with all 3 parties phewwww
